Common Questions

Quick answers to help you decide if this is right for your team.

How long do the assessments take?

About 30 minutes total across all three assessments — 10 minutes for DISC, 12 for Spiritual Gifts, and 8 for H.A.E. Discovery. Team members can complete them on their own time.

What if I need help getting started?

Every plan includes 60 days of onboarding support. We'll help you set up your account, invite your team, and get your first assessments running smoothly.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.

Are assessments unlimited?

Yes! All plans include unlimited assessments for your team. No per-assessment fees, ever.

How is this different from just doing DISC on its own?

We combine DISC with Spiritual Gifts and H.A.E. Discovery into a single platform — plus AI coaching that connects the dots between all three. It's a complete picture, not just one assessment.

Can I see a sample report before signing up?

Absolutely. Book a demo and we'll walk you through real examples of the DISC profile, Spiritual Gifts breakdown, and the AI coaching experience — tailored to your context.
