Our platform gives churches and ministry teams the assessments, insights, and AI-powered coaching to develop every leader, from the senior leader to the individual contributor—and we also work with leaders directly through coaching, consulting, and training.

It grew out of 20+ years of walking with leaders and organizations through growth, change, and complexity—from Fortune 100 environments to churches, nonprofits, and startups. Across all of them, one truth held: when leaders live and lead from their unique design, everything changes.

So we built the tool we always wished existed: a way to give every leader clarity on how they're wired, and a coach that helps you develop them on purpose.
