Maximize Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a leadership assessment and coaching platform for churches and faith-based organizations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services at maximizedesign.io.
By using our platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, church or organization name, and role.
Assessment Data: When you complete assessments (DISC, Spiritual Gifts, H.A.E. Discovery), we collect your responses to generate your personalized reports and coaching insights.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. This helps us improve our service.
Payment Information: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account number, or other financial account details on our servers.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, including generating assessment reports, powering AI coaching features, sending account-related communications, and enhancing the platform experience.
Church Admins: If your church subscribes to Maximize Design, your church administrators can see assessment results for members of their organization. This is how the platform enables team-based leadership development.
Data Isolation: Each church’s data is completely isolated. Churches cannot see other churches’ data. We use enterprise-grade row-level security to ensure strict data separation between organizations.
We Do Not Sell Your Data: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or assessment data to third parties.
We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform. These include Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Softr (application front-end), and Anthropic (AI coaching features). These providers only access data necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.
We take data security seriously. Your data is protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud hosting with Supabase, row-level security ensuring strict data isolation between organizations, and role-based access controls within each organization.
You have the right to access your personal data and assessment results, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and associated data, and export your data in a portable format.

We use essential cookies required for the platform to function properly (authentication, session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or administrative purposes.
