Maximize Design Software (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Maximize Design platform at maximizedesign.io and app.maximizedesign.io (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Platform.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of church leaders, ministry teams, and all individuals who use our services. We understand the sensitive nature of behavioral assessments, spiritual gifts evaluations, and personal development data, and we treat that data with the highest level of care.
All assessment data is stored using a multi-tenant architecture with Row Level Security. Each church or organization can only access data belonging to their own team members. No organization can see another organization’s data.
When the AI Leadership Coach is used, your assessment data is sent to our AI provider to generate coaching responses. This data is used solely for generating that specific coaching response. We do not use your assessment data to train AI models.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Platform: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI coaching), PDFMonkey (PDF reports), JotForm (assessment forms), Softr (frontend hosting), and Pipedream (workflow automation).
We retain your data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription. After cancellation, assessment data is retained for 90 days to allow for export, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. Contact privacy@maximizedesign.io to exercise these rights.
The Platform is designed for adult church leaders and team members. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Maximize Design platform operated by Maximize Design Software. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform is offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.
You agree not to: share credentials with unauthorized individuals, attempt to access other organizations’ data, reverse engineer the Platform, use assessment data to discriminate against team members, or resell access.
You retain ownership of all assessment data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Platform’s services. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Platform.
The AI Coach is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or spiritual direction. See our full AI Coaching Disclaimer.
The Platform, including its assessment methodologies, AI prompts, and report templates, is our intellectual property. DISC is a public domain framework; our specific implementation is proprietary.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The AI Coach is designed to be theologically informed and denominationally neutral. AI-generated content should not be treated as theological teaching or doctrinal guidance. Always filter insights through your own theological convictions.
If a team member discloses thoughts of self-harm, abuse, or other crisis situations, do not rely on the AI Coach. Contact professional services:

↑ Back to topThis Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs how Maximize Design Software processes personal data on behalf of your organization. It supplements our Terms of Service.
We process personal data (names, emails, assessment responses, assessment results, AI coaching interactions, and payment data) solely for providing the Platform services.
We use the following sub-processors: Supabase (database), Softr (frontend), Pipedream (automation), JotForm (forms), Stripe (payments), PDFMonkey (PDF reports), Anthropic (primary AI), and OpenAI (fallback AI). All are located in the United States, except PDFMonkey (France). We will notify you 30 days before adding new sub-processors.
Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest (AES-256), multi-tenant Row Level Security, session-based authentication, server-side API key management, and PCI-DSS Level 1 payment security via Stripe.
We will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of any security incident involving your personal data.
Data retained during active subscription. 90-day retention post-cancellation for export. Deletion on request within 30 days.

↑ Back to topThis SLA defines our uptime commitments, support response times, and service credit policies for the Maximize Design platform.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for core Platform services (login, assessments, results, AI coaching). Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages are excluded.
Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET.
Under normal conditions: assessment data available within 2 minutes, PDF reports within 5 minutes, AI narratives within 5 minutes.
Dual-provider fallback system (Claude → OpenAI → static content). Typical AI response time: 3–15 seconds.
