Built by Someone Who's Been
in Your Shoes
Rashad Shabazz
Founder & CEO, Maximize Design
With 20+ years of ministry leadership — including 7 years as a senior pastor — Rashad understands the weight you carry. He built Maximize Design because he lived the problem: talented people in the wrong roles, no shared leadership language, and coaches who didn't understand the church.
This platform was built from the inside out — by someone who shepherded congregations and created the tool he always wished existed.
