See how your people are wired

Stop guessing about your people. Start leading from who they are.

Three integrated assessments give you a clear read on every leader and volunteer — how they're wired, gifted, and shaped by their story. Then your AI Coach helps you place them where they'll thrive and develop them from who they actually are — not generic advice.

She naturally encourages and builds people up, so she'll come alive where she gets to pour into others — marriage & family ministry, mentoring new small-group leaders, or leadership development. Lead with affirmation and frame the invitation as a chance to develop people. What ministries do you have in those areas? That's where I'd start her.
