Your path from
first login tolaunched.
A paced, visual walk through your first five days with Maximize Design โ so your participants get a world-class experience from day one.
Follow the map.
Understand the platform before you touch anything.
just explore today ~The approach.
Don't invite anyone yet. The best implementers are the ones who know the platform as well as their participants do.
Log in, watch the full platform walkthrough in your welcome email, and get a feel for what your members will see before they see it. By the end of today you should be able to explain โ out loud, to someone else โ the three core roles (admin, participant, AI Coach) and the three assessments: DISC, Spiritual Gifts, and H.A.E. Discovery.
Your Day 1 goals
- Log in to your admin dashboard for the first time
- Watch the full platform walkthrough video
- Identify the three core roles
- Understand the three assessments
The AI Coach your members get is different from yours. Theirs is built around their personal design. Yours is built around how to lead, develop, and place them.
What Participants See
- Pre-assessment AI agent
- DISC Assessment (~8 min)
- Spiritual Gifts Assessment
- H.A.E. Discovery
- Instant professional report
- Personal AI Coach dashboard
What You See
- Org dashboard with member grid
- DISC + top gift per participant
- Completion status live
- Individual profile reports
- Congregation behavioral map
- Admin AI Coach (leader-focused)
Day 1 Checklist
Refresh once. Log out and back in. If still stuck, screenshot it and email info@maximizedesign.io โ we'll take care of it.
Make the platform yours.
before anyone sees it ~The approach.
Today you set the foundation. Everything your participants see will reflect the setup you do now โ your church name, branding, and team.
Getting this right means your experience feels like an extension of your church, not a third-party tool.
Your Day 2 goals
- Complete your church profile and branding
- Invite your director or key staff as admin
- Review and personalize invite messaging
- Set your assessment sequence
- Confirm your plan tier and seat count
The implementers who get the most out of this platform are the ones who bring their team with them. Before Day 05, invite 2โ4 staff as admins โ whoever leads your new members class or leadership development pipeline, your connections pastor, and anyone who'll be meeting with participants one-on-one.
Day 2 Checklist
Experience the journey yourself.
the most important day ~Why this matters.
Before you send a single invite, go through the full participant experience yourself. Take all three assessments as yourself โ your DISC, your gifts, your H.A.E. The report you get is real, and you'll use it.
You will not effectively champion something you haven't experienced. This is the day the platform stops being a tool you're evaluating and becomes something you've lived.
Your Day 3 goals
- Complete all three assessments as yourself
- Review your own professional report
- Ask your participant AI Coach 3 real questions
- Find yourself in the admin dashboard
- Use admin AI Coach for a placement question
Answer as yourself, not as you think you should. The report you get will be real, and it's the same experience your members are about to have. What surprises you here is what will surprise them.
New Member Mindset
- Where do I fit in this church based on my design?
- What kind of ministry role would suit me best?
- How should I approach conflict based on my DISC type?
Curious Seeker Mindset
- What type of roles should I look for based on my gifts?
- How can I use my gifts to build the kingdom?
- How do my abilities connect to my calling?
Admin AI Coach ยท Placement Query
- I just completed all three assessments. Based on my profile, where would I be most effective in ministry, and what should someone know before our first meeting?
Day 3 Checklist
Everything ready before the first invite.
remove the friction ~The approach.
A warm, clear invite and a briefed team means your first cohort gets a great experience even if you're not in the room when they log in.
Today is about pre-loading everything so launch day feels easy.
Your Day 4 goals
- Confirm your invite list (new members, volunteers, staff, leadership pipeline)
- Brief your team on the platform
- Decide first cohort size (5โ10 people)
- Set a soft deadline (1 week is standard)
- Prepare a 5-day follow-up message
The platform generates the invite email automatically. You don't have to write it. But don't send it cold โ give your people a heads-up first. Announce it in your new members class or leadership development meeting, or send a quick note to the volunteers and staff you're including. Your list may include new visitors, long-time volunteers, staff, or people not yet connected to the church. A short personal heads-up turns "what is this?" into "oh, I've been waiting for this."
Staff needs three things before participants arrive: how to find a profile, how to use the admin AI Coach to prep, and what to say when someone asks "What is this?" โ keep it simple: "It's your personalized roadmap for discovering your unique design."
Day 4 Checklist
Send the invites. Act on the data.
today is the day ~The approach.
Send the invites, monitor progress, and โ most importantly โ use what comes back.
The dashboard data is only valuable if you act on it. Today you learn how to close the loop between assessment results and real ministry conversations.
Your Day 5 goals
- Send invites to your first cohort
- Confirm invites delivered and links work
- Monitor the admin dashboard
- Practice admin AI Coach with first profiles
- Schedule your first connection meetings
Completion View
- Who has finished all three
- Who is in progress
- Who hasn't started โ follow up
Profile Data View
- DISC โ communication & stress style
- Top Gift โ where they're energized
- H.A.E. โ why they serve the way they do
You don't need to wait for everyone to finish before starting conversations. Meeting with your first completers early creates momentum and social proof for those still in progress.
By Day 2 after launch, expect ~50% completion. Don't wait for everyone. Meet with your completers now โ it creates momentum and gives your non-starters social proof. Your 5-day follow-up goes to non-starters on Day 5.
Day 5 Checklist
What comes next.
the 90-day arc ~
Hold the meetings.
Meet with first-cohort completers. Use admin AI Coach for every prep. Note what placements feel natural.
Read the map.
Review org dashboard. Which DISC types dominate? Which gifts are underrepresented in leadership? Bring it to your staff.
Let them invite.
Launch cohort two with a testimony from your first cohort. Peer recommendation is your most powerful invite tool.
Run your team through.
Put your staff through the same three assessments. Unlocks 1-on-1 prep, team dynamics, early burnout signals.
Don't wait until something breaks to use it. Reach out proactively โ especially after your first cohort โ to review what you're seeing in the data.
You didn't invest in this
to run better paperwork.
You invested in it to stop losing people who walk through your doors. Every completed assessment, every AI Coach conversation, every connection meeting โ that's the system doing what it was built to do.
